Ingrediente

1 pui

patrunjel verde

cimbru

6 linguri ulei

sare

piper

boia de ardei

1 lingura bulion de rosii

4 linguri de bere

verdeata uscata

Mod de preparare

  1. Curatati puiul de intestine, spalati-l si apoi lasati-l sa se scurga .
  2. Presarati in interior piper, sare, patrunjel si cimbru.
  3. Presarati apoi sare si piper si pe exteriorul puiului.
  4. Intr-un bol amestecati berea cu boia, bulion, sare, piper si verdeata.
  5. Ungeti puiul cu acest amestec si lasati-l la frigider o jumatate de ora.
  6. Fixati puiul bine pe rotisor si ungeti-l cu ulei sau cu unt pentru a se forma o crusta aurie.
  7. In aproximativ o ora puiul va fi gata.
  8. Daca nu vreti ca puiul sa aiba verdeata in interior la servire o puteti pune in pui invelita intr-un tifon urmand a o scoate in momentul servirii.

Puiul la rotisor se serveste cald cu cartofi prajiti sau cu mujdei de usturoi cu maioneza.
