Mod de preparare

  1. Amestecati bine ingredientele pana cand se formeaza un aluat tare si consistent.
  2. Lasati-l cateva minute la crescut apoi impartiti-l in parti egale si intindeti cateva foi.
  3. Intindeti apoi foile si taiati-le in patratele medii pe care asezati fie o lingurita cu gem, fie o bucatica de rahat, fie un sfert de nuca sau gogonele cu nuca rasa si miere.
  4. Coaceti-le la foc mediu aproximativ 10 minute.
