Ingrediente

1 kg prune

500 g zahar

1 portocala

1 baton scortisoara

1/2 lamaie

100 g stafide

100 g miez de nuca

Mod de preparare

  1. Spalati si curatati prunele de samburi apoi taiati-le in jumatati.
  2. Curatati portocala de samburi si coaja si taiati-o in felii subtiri si procedati la fel cu jumatatea de lamaie.
  3. Puneti prunele, portocala, lamaia, scortisoara si zaharul intr-o oala cu fundul gros si amestecati usor in timp ce le lasati la foc mic.
  4. Dupa ce s-a topit zaharul si dulceata a format o spuma roz, se mai lasa pe foc aproximativ 40 de minute.
  5. Amestecati periodic cu atentie pentru a nu sfarama fructele.
  6. Dupa 40 de minute, adaugati stafidele si nuca si amestecati bine apoi mai lasati-o pe foc cinci minute.
  7. Puneti dulceata in borcane cu capac ermetic.
  8. Intoarceti borcanele invers timp de 10 minute pentru ca fructele sa nu ramana pe fundul borcanelor.
  9. Puneti borcanele in camara la loc racoros si umbrit.

Daca doriti puteti adauga mai multa nuca, stafide sau portocale.
