Delimitare retetaDaca vreti sa preparati ceva dulce si aromat pentru iarna si vreti sa incercati o reteta noua, atunci preparati acest delicios gem de pere.

Ingrediente

2 1/2 kg pere

1 kg zahar

1 lingura zeama de lamaie

1 baton vanilie

Mod de preparare

  1. Curatati perele de coaja si de cotor si dati-le pe razatoarea mare.
  2. Puneti intr-o cratita cu fundul gros zaharul,o cana de apa si perele rase.
  3. Fierbeti compozitia la foc mediu si amestecati continuu.
  4. Cand gemul s-a legat, adaugati zeama de lamaie si batonul de vanilie.
  5. Lasati sa mai fiarba cateva minute pe foc mic si pregatiti intre timp borcanele.
  6. Puneti borcanele pe un suport metalic pentru a nu se sparge si turnati gemul.
  7. Puneti borcanele gata umplute cu gem in cuptor la foc slab timp de aproximativ 20 de minute.
  8. Acoperiti borcanele cu o patura groasa si a doua zi puneti-le in camara la loc umbrit si racoros.

Menţiuni

Daca doriti puteti adauga mai multa zeama de lamaie pentru ca gemul sa fie acrisor.
