Ingrediente

5 kg gogosari

1 l otet

3 litri apa

500 g zahar

500 g miere de albine

4 1/2 linguri sare grunjoasa

5 radacini hrean

piper boabe

10-12 frunze foi de dafin

Mod de preparare

  1. Puneti otetul, zaharul, apa, sarea, mierea si condimentele la fiert si lasati-le pana cand amestecul clocoteste.
  2. Spalati gogosarii si taiati-i in patru apoi indepartati toate semintele si asezati-i in borcan.
  3. Adaugati rondele de hrean printre gogosari si apoi lasati amestecul clocotit la racit.
  4. Cand compozitia este calduta turnati-o in borcane peste gogosari si capsati borcanele bine.

Gogosarii in otet cu miere se pot servi cu friptura de porc sau carne de pui.
